This is the File Management page of Cyclist Erik.
First you select the type of file, then the action and finally the source and destination.

Select a file from the general storage of the device. |

Note 1: a Recording can only be copied from App to an external destination.
So when you copy a Recording you will not see this page, but you can directly select the file.
Note 2: a file can only be deleted from App storage.
So when you delete a file, you will not see this page, but you can directly select the file.
